App: GroceryGlow

1. Acceptance

By using GroceryGlow, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

GroceryGlow provides receipt scanning, grocery history, and spending insights. We may update or change features over time.

3. Accounts

If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

4. Subscriptions

Pro features require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms are shown in the app and are managed by Apple. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled in your Apple ID settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us permission to process and store it to provide the service (including receipt parsing and sync).

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes

• Reverse‑engineer or abuse the service

• Upload harmful or malicious content

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as‑is.” We do not guarantee accuracy of receipt parsing or financial insights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GroceryGlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
